1. Acceptance
By downloading or using CycleBliss ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CycleBliss.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App: no harassment, illegal use, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break security.
5. PIN security
You are responsible for your PIN. PINs are stored hashed — we cannot recover them. If you set a recovery email, you can reset your PIN from the sign-in screen.
6. Purchases & subscriptions
CycleBliss Pro is offered via Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play. Refunds are governed by Google Play's policies.
7. Community content
You're responsible for what you post in community features. No hate, harassment, spam, or medical misinformation. We may remove content that violates these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The App, brand, content, and code are owned by CycleBliss. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. CycleBliss is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CycleBliss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CycleBliss operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email when possible.
